For the second time we have been waiting for our food for more than an hour. After two phone calls, the anger is greater than the hunger. That was the last time we ordered there.

The pizza is really delicious and the staff very friendly. In my opinion, the pasta dishes are unfortunately neither delivered nor recommendable on site.

You visit a restaurant with great expectations and look forward to a nice evening. Then something !!!! You have to wait a good 20 minutes until the service, if you can call it a service, gets attention and takes you as a guest, even though the store was not yet full. Although you will be welcomed, the question of whether you want to have a drink was probably superfluous. Drinks were finally after a good 40min. included with the meal order. It was almost an hour before they finally came. "Really weak" However, the food was still a good hour away, until the salads came first and then about 5 minutes later the starter plates were brought to the table. You had to wait another 40 minutes for the main course, which partly came with the wrong side dish, was poorly prepared and was also cold. As a guest, Selbs had to draw attention to another drink "really sad". You get an inferior beef steak sold as 100% German roast beef which is a cheek !!! In addition, the meat is fried three times dead and tough like a shoe sole. Also the "fried onions" which you did not recognize as such "a horror" just swung through the pan and together with oil on the plate with it, the side dishes float in the oil !!!! ?? Food thankfully went back without comment ?? There was not even the question of whether you want something else, just that it was wrong. "TOP" people really now everything was wrong !!! Googled "Roast Beef" !!!! It is more than brazen to bill for this poor performance and, above all, for the food that has gone back. No idea of ​​product customers, zero system such a totally disorganized and overwhelmed service has never been seen. Disastrous !!!! A real case for the restaurant testers !!!!! UNFORTUNATELY I had to give a star was not possible. Deserves minus three! This is what a roast beef should look like, what you get there is far from it !!!!

Delivery time according to the phone 45 minutes, in the end it was two hours of total delivery time. Understood the bad weather conditions, but then you don't give 45 minutes. Called after 1h30, "Driver is on the way", driving a distance of 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes the driver finally came. In my opinion, the problem is not with the drivers, but with the miserable time management of the pizzeria. I won't say anything about the quality of the pizza, see photo.

Best Pizza in town! Cozy friendly atmosphere! Owner takes time to chat and make sure that you are comfortable & satisfied with your choice! Nothing better than something good!

I enjoyed a local Hefeweizen beer and four cheese with pepperoni pizza. OMG, it was fantastic!
